What is Fangirl Monthly?

Fangirl Monthly is a monthly subscription box filled with anime & manga inspired fandom jewelry and accessories based on a theme. You will receive 3-5 items, plus an exclusive postcard (you can collect it or mail it to a friend) and custom designed drawstring pouch to store your jewelry. The box contains a mix of fandom inspired designs and hand made pieces.

How does it work?

You can choose from 1-month, 3-month or 6-month subscription plans. With a longer term commitment, the price of each box is discounted. While we love spoilers, we also want to maintain the surprise element of a subscription box. Therefore, we will post hints during some of the months, and other months it will be a mystery. Be sure to follow us on Instagram or like us on Facebook to get the latest news, spoilers, or promotions. Other than that, sit back and enjoy fangirling!

What kind of items will I receive?

Since this is a jewelry and accessory based subscription, you will find items such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings (pierced or clip-on), rings (usually adjustable), keychains, and other trinkets or lifestyle products. We do not claim that any of the jewelry items are real gold or silver (although occasionally we may include them), we do our best to select or produce quality items so that you may enjoy them for a long time. To preserve the life of your jewelry, please remove before swimming, bathing, or submerging in water for long period of time. Each box will have a retail value of $40 or more.

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere. Shipping is $4.75 within the domestic US, $16.99 to Canada, and $21.99 worldwide. Please note that you are responsible for any customs or taxes levied by your country of residence (or the country you are shipping to in case of a gift).

What if I am not part of the fandom?

Not a fan of a particular theme? No problem! While the items are inspired by an anime or manga series, we try to incorporate some pieces in every box that are versatile enough for everyday use or wear. You can also gift them to a friend who loves the featured series!

Yikes! My jewelry broke!

We guarantee a 15-day (from the day your box is delivered) replacement on any jewelry that breaks in your shipment. Simply send a picture of the broken piece to contact@fangirlmonthly.com, and we will ship another one immediately.

Can I skip a month?

Currently, your account will allow you to "skip next renewal" if you are a month-to-month subscriber. If you have a prepaid subscription, please send us an email at contact@fangirlmonthly.com.

Is it safe to order from your site?

This site is created with Cratejoy, an online subscription service platform. During checkout, you will be redirected to the secure server, and the URL may appear as fangirlmonthly.cratejoy.com.

When will I be billed next month?

Billing takes place automatically on the 15th of the month. If you subscribed after this month's shipments have gone out but before the 15th, you will not be double billed.

I've already been charged for this month, but would like to cancel. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel once a month has been charged and shipment has gone out. However, you can still log onto your Fangirl Monthly account to stop receiving future boxes. Be sure to cancel before the 15th of the month to avoid additional renewals.

When will I get my box?

We ship between the 5th - 10th of each month. You should expect to receive the box anywhere between 3-5 days after shipment if you live in the United States, 6-10 days if you live in Canada, or 10-15 days if you are an International subscriber. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking code. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to holidays (we are trying to avoid major holidays with a 5th - 10th shipment schedule), customs clearance, or other post office issues.

How do I get 10% off in the shop?

You must be an active subscriber in order to take advantage of the discount. As long as your account is in good standing, you will automatically receive 10% off any products from the shop (IMPORTANT: this discount does not apply to any Past Boxes or Limited Edition Boxes). Add-on products will be shipped free with the next box.

Can I send the box as a gift?

Sure thing! Just go to Subscribe, and navigate down to the button that says "Give A Gift". From there, you can select a term just like you would with a subscription for yourself. During checkout, you can mark your order as gift, and have the option to have the subscription renew or not. You can leave a message as well.

Do you send review boxes?

First of all, please do not solicit for free boxes. Secondly, we cannot send you free boxes to 'help' you get started on your new YouTube channel or blog. If you truly like our box, please subscribe. That's the only way we can stay in business. Currently, we do not have a review box process for bloggers. If you feel that you are a particularly good fit for us, or have a relevant following on your social media channels, you are welcome to email us (contact@fangirlmonthly.com). Please note that your blog or social account must reflect your enthusiasm for anime and manga to be considered. We do not guarantee we will send out any review boxes for any specific month.

Can one of my products be featured in Fangirl Monthly?

Can I order Fangirl Monthly if I am a guy?

Absolutely! Don't let the name stop you. It doesn't matter if you are a fangirl or fanboy. We love for you to join us.
